Slide-in Battery
Swapping battery is super easy. Open the hatch door, slide the battery into the compartment, hit the power button, then you are good to go! The hatch door is 100% waterproof with a rubber seal when closed.

Care Refresh offers 1x Flyaway Cover if your DJI Avata 2 is not recovered. To have Flyaway Cover active you need to bind your craft and remote controller to your DJI account by following this video.
For any Flyaway case, you will need to lodge a Flyaway report through the DJI Fly application and then contact us.
NOTE: ALL REPLACEMENTS WILL TAKE 3 - 4 WEEKS FROM THE TIME YOUR CLAIM IS RECEIVED. CARE REFRESH IS A NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEM, ONCE CODES HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

Tips
1. The propellers for adjacent motors come in clockwise (CW) and counter-clockwise (CCW) orientations. Propellers marked with orange should be attached to the motors on arms with corresponding orange markings, while those without markings go on the unmarked arms. 2. It is recommended to use the screwdriver provided in the package for installation and removal. Using a screwdriver of the wrong size could result in stripped screws or inability to disassemble. 3. For flight safety, propeller screws should be replaced alongside the propellers.
