HorizonSteady and HorizonBalancing are supported for 1080p/2.7K/4K video (≤ 60fps) in a 16:9 aspect ratio, and 4K Custom videos with frame rates of 60fps or below.  2× lossless zoom is not supported when taking 38MP and 34MP photos, or in SuperNight, Subject Tracking, Slow Motion, and Timelapse modes.
