DJI FLYAWAY COVERAGE (DRONE NOT RECOVERED)
Care Refresh offers 1x Flyaway Cover if your DJI Avata 360 is not recovered. To have Flyaway Cover active you need to bind your craft and remote controller to your DJI account by following this video.
For any Flyaway case, you will need to lodge a Flyaway report through the DJI Fly application and then contact info@ferntech.co.nz.
Flyaway Replacement Fees are charged in AUD, as claims are lodged through DJI’s application and paid directly to DJI in Australian dollars. Replacement aircraft should be arranged through the store where you purchased your Care Cover, with the replacement fee paid to your local store in NZD. The store will then facilitate the replacement of your aircraft.
